  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is delivered.
  • Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, opened, used, or partially consumed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
